Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
Return conditions
Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Procedure
- Contact our customer service via the Contact page
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- Receive return instructions by email
- Send the parcel within the following 14 days
Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the bank details confirmed with customer service.
Defective products
If a product is defective or non-compliant, contact us immediately. Return costs will be covered by Kilogramme Shop.
